Two magnificent places to go biking in Costa Del Sol is Sierra Tejeda Park and Los Acantilados de Maro.
Visitors to Sierra Tejeda Park will enjoy seeing some of the best quartz and marble rocks anywhere in the world. The terrain is extremely steep making it an exciting challenge for the cyclist. Guests will want to make sure and visit the nearby villages, which are known for their unique architecture. This park has a wide range of terrain. Reaching a peak of over 2,000 meters will have the legs really pumping. Cyclist will be thrilled by the views of the Mediterian available from this park. Others will gaze in awe at the snow-capped Sierras.
The second place that cyclists will thoroughly love is Los Acantilados de Maro. The park is closed to vehicles, making it a safe place to bike. Cyclists will encounter a wide variety of animals in the park, including weasels, foxes and hedgehogs. Many reptiles call the area home, and cyclists will love the brightly-colored lizards that call the park home. The park is also home to many varieties of trees in the Mediterranean scrubland.
